Wash with warm soapy water and dry immediately with a towel. Stand on its side to completely air dry.
* Do not wash in the dishwasher - water exposure will damage your board
* Do not submerge in water- prolonged water exposure will damage your board
* High humidity can, but rarely, causes warping. This is not a defect and does not warrant a replacement or refund.
* For best results apply a thin coat of food-grade mineral oil to both sides of the cutting board monthly or as needed to protect the board.
